Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I sent flowers to a friend who was recuperating from some surgery. I asked for some day delivery, paid for the order, and went about my day. My friend called about 3 hours later thanking me for the beautiful flowers. She said they were so fresh and spring-like and had perked her up and had really made her day! I appreciate the excellent service and the beauty of the arrangement!
