Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

? We’re happy to deliver your flowers where they need to go. Hope N Bloom delivers throughout Sanford, Spring Lake, Broadway, Cameron, Lillington, and Vass. Need flowers somewhere else? Give us a call at (919) 499-0660 and we’ll see what we can do. ?
? We can deliver to the Linden Oaks community in Cameron, but we’re currently unable to deliver onto Fort Bragg.
? Some local facilities, including Coty, Pilgrim’s, and several larger factories, have delivery restrictions. If you’re sending flowers to a workplace and aren’t sure, just call us first.

Every arrangement is made fresh and with care. Because flowers are perishable and designed to order, we’re unable to accept returns.
? If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible. We want the chance to make it right and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund when appropriate.
