Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
SAME DAY DELIVERY NOT AVAILABLE - Gourmet Fruit baskets are a great way to show someone you’re thinking of them on any occasion. Our gourmet baskets are made with the freshest seasonal fruits available, with a nice mixture of gourmet cheeses, crackers, chocolates....etc. Photo shown is an example of what we can do. Your basket may have some variations.

Flowers follow the seasons, and sometimes the exact bloom or vessel pictured may not be available. When that happens, we’ll thoughtfully substitute something of equal or greater value while honoring the color, style, and spirit of the arrangement you chose.
If a particular flower or detail matters to you, leave us a note at checkout or give us a call.
The blooms may change. The feeling won’t.
We’re happy to deliver your flowers where they need to go. Hope N Bloom delivers throughout Sanford, Spring Lake, Broadway, Cameron, Lillington, and Vass.

We can deliver to the Linden Oaks community in Cameron, but we’re currently unable to deliver onto Fort Bragg.
Some local facilities, including Coty, Pilgrim’s, and several larger factories, have delivery restrictions. If you’re sending flowers to a workplace and aren’t sure, just call us first.
Not sure if we can get there, Ask us. If we can make it happen, we will.
Our Fresh Flower Promise
Every arrangement is made fresh and with care. Because flowers are perishable and designed to order, we are unable to accept returns.
If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible. We want the chance to make it right and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund when appropriate.
Flowers are personal. Taking care of our customers is too.
